Important to note we are on the pool side, not the bird sanctuary side. The pool side is much more desirable. Our heated pool is open year-round. Indian Shores is a quiet classic beach town with soft white sand beaches. Centrally located between St Pete & Clearwater Beach. You will be centrally located between St Pete & Clearwater Beach. St Pete is home to many wonderful museums, restaurants, a recently built $92 million Pier, & murals. Clearwater Beach is home to the Winter the dolphin at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, boat rentals, fishing charters, pirate tours, helicopter tours, & a wide variety of restaurants.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 12 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking..
About the Owner
I started our Hosting company "Bourbon City Rentals" in 2021 with the goal of leaving my 8-5 job and to gain some financial independence. I quickly found success in hosting as it aligns with my background in the service industry, my love for people, & travel. I truly love to host and help family’s make memories that will last a lifetime.
