✔ Hot tub must be covered when not in use to maintain cleanliness and temperature

✔ Although this is a duplex, the other unit is rarely rented since it does not have a formal living room.

🐾 Pet Policy
We welcome dogs only for a $50 per night, per dog fee (maximum 2 dogs under 50 pounds).
✔ Pre-approval is required – A separate pet agreement must be signed before booking.
✔ Dogs must be crated if left alone in the house.
❌ Cats and other animals are not allowed.
❌ Unapproved pets may result in cancellation without a refund.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 12 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking..
